Located within Philadelphia’s charming historic district, this Wyndham property not only puts guests in walking distance to some of the city’s most popular attractions, but also provides easy access to all major transportation arteries including the Philadelphia International Airport and 30th Street Station (Amtrak). The property offers more than 360 beautifully appointed rooms and four spacious suites featuring plush bedding and upscale amenities, including free Wi-Fi, large flat-screen TVs, in-room coffee, spacious work desks with plug-ins, and luxury bath amenities. Guests can enjoy the complimentary fitness center, relax at the hotel’s seasonal rooftop pool and indulge in a meal fit for a founding father at the on-site Coin’s Restaurant & Pub. We offer ten meeting rooms and a total of 8,000 square feet of flexible, high-tech function space that can host up to 500. Our multi-use breakout rooms are ideal for executive meetings, trainings, and more Intimate gatherings, and we put the same attention to detail into events large and small. Our experienced planners and caterers will work closely with you on everything from menus, room selection and layout, to audio/visual and technical equipment, group accommodations, and transportation. Our meeting room fee for 50 people is $400-$600. A buffet lunch is $25-$35 per person

Good location but the bathroom was really dated and dirty. The tub had rust on it's fixtures and the white enamel was missing large chunks. There was yellow stuff on the floor by the toilet and I don't think the floors had been cleaned in months. Really gross. I expected a lot better from a Wyndham.

Perfect location for walking to the major sites. Close enough to go in different directions but not right in the middle of it all which can be too noisy. No issues with the staff and the room was great.

The hotel was nice and the staff was nice. The bed was comfy and the TV had a good picture. It only gets 3 stars because there appeared to be urine splatter on the floor between the sink and toilet and for the money I spent they had super cheap toilet paper.

I was staying there in December 2018. During PAX Unplugged. The room was excellent, room service and the whole staff very helpful. Every need or our request was solved without any problem. Fun fact is that from the entrance to the hotel, you can find Ben’s Franklin grave. The localization is awesome if you plan to stay most of the time in Convention Center.

Perhaps the hotel is a bit dated. But they're very clean rooms and the beds are very comfortable and the pillows are awesome. The air conditioner is loud but the room is very cool. The view out my window is of the cemetery, and if the leaves were off , I could see Franklin himself. However, it is the perfect location.Two blocks to Independence Hall. Next door to the mint. Good value.
