The Capital Grille is best known for its expertly prepared steaks, which are custom-aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Plan your special event, select dates in their private room requires a food and beverage spending minimum of $1,700-$1,900. Private rooms not available Saturdays in their Philadelphia location.

We had a birthday dinner celebration at The Capital Grille. As I Informed the hostess of my guests' birthday when I made the reservation, the table was bedecked with birthday decorations and a birthday card. Dinner was delicious, the waiter was attentive, and the perfect desert (the plate contained a Happy Birthday wish) was a wonderful close to a special dining experience. It was a memorable evening!

Nice, clean rooms. Mini-fridge and microwave in every room we had in our party. Most staff were very friendly and courteous. Manager Bob was very helpful and accommodating when we had a minor issue out of their control. Outdoor pool. Guest washer and dryer available. Abundant breakfast including waffles, eggs, fruit, breads and patries, juices, yogurt smoothies+++ A great place to stay in town. One block from the sound. One block away from small town shops and eateries. Dozens of restaurants within walking distance.

Went last night to Capital Grille at Broad and Chestnut in Philly. We had no problem calling and reserving a table last minute. The food was fabulous. Cooked to perfection and all food came out at one and hot. Thank you to the Chef. Service was even better. Eric was so engaging. His love of cooking and family came thru in his conversations. Thank you making our first experience at Capital Grille truly great. E. Mills

The dessert was fantastic ✨ even though I felt so full, I couldn't stop myself to finish it. We ordered the salmon, the NY Strip, and the chicken. I couldn't believe that the best entree was the Chicken!!! Which I felt sad that I didn't take any pictures. It was grilled but it was juicy inside. The chicken is perfectly done. Salmon was good too but it could be better. I was a little bit disappointed with the steak. But everything was good. They have the best service.👍👍👍 It was a good experience.

Enjoyed my meal thoroughly during restaurant week! Service for the most part was fantastic. Our server was attentive yet not intrusive, which is always a plus. My only real complaint is that are table was literally in the bowels of the restaurant and considering that half of our dinner party has walking disabilities, I believe the front of the house should have done better.
