This would have been a 5-star review; however I JUST checked my online banking and I was charged TWICE for the same night. This is ridiculous. I need a manager to contact me, and refund me ASAP. The staff should be trained on how to charge customers correctly.

Love this place. Been coming here for years. Doesn't get much better than this. Complimentary breakfast, fine accomodations in the room, and amenities in the hotel... Couldn't be happier with this place, especially in comparison to other hotels I've tried in the area.

I stayed Sunday -Tuesday. Every staff member was courteous and helpful. Housekeeping was friendly. The room was clean, and the microwave and fridge worked. Quite a few of the guests were local, so I learned a bit about the area. They allow well-behaved dogs. And the Outback restaurant down the road delivers! I will be staying there if I am in the area again.

Nice, clean and sizeable rooms. Excellent hotel staff...very helpful! Close to highway as well as shopping areas and numerous dining establishments. Highly recommend!

Really impressed with this hotel. Had stayed in a competitor in Pottstown last year that was dreadful, and am so glad I tried this instead this year. Super friendly young woman at front desk, and the room was spotless and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable, and although I was up too early to enjoy all the breakfast fixings I was able to grab some great coffee, real half and half, and a bagel and cream cheese. I have two dogs and was also relieved to see that the draconian pet fee mentioned by others seems to have been scaled back. (Tip: if you are visiting with a dog, it is a better value if you stay more than one night.)
