The place was very nice. Customer service was very good. Except that I don't understand why they had to lie to me the whole time we were there. I had asked for a crib for my baby. They state "oh we will bring it tomorrow someone is using it and they will be checking out soon." Never came I ask again and again got the same answer almost they tell me oh we only have one and I can't find it. Bull I don't understand a hotel only having one crib. But whatever if you did not want to give me one just tell me don't lie to me.

Nice staff, rooms were typical Hampton rooms with upgraded bathrooms which was nice. The breakfast had nice hot and cold/to-go options which was nice. Even had fresh juices to boot. Only issue I had was a bug getting into my room through the radiator area but not sure it could have been avoided. The nice part is that if the gym is full in the hotel they have access to a gym right across the street with more options! Likely will be back!

The room is a little dated, but the staff was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great for a complimentary breakfast - wide variety and healthy options. Would definitely stay here again!

Heading to Pottstown to speak,drove 3 hours,walked in with my uniform on a hanger,Doretha,working the front desk smiled and promptly directed me the men's room. I stepped out and she let me know that I was sharp,and looked great! I wasn't staying in this facility,but next time I'm going this direction,I will definitely consider this as an option! Great staff,great facilities,food smelled fantastic,need a reason to stay here!!

A great hotel just out side of phillidelphia they had amazing room service and free drinks and cookies in the lobby for guest. The staff was nice and answer and questions about the area and even provided a map to show us easier ways to get to our locations. Great place to stay rooms are clean and everything is new and remodeled I would recommend staying at this hotel.
