Our 16 stylish meeting rooms in downtown Philadelphia offer a dedicated convention services and catering team to assure your success. Located in the Financial District of Center City Philadelphia, the hotel is within walking distance to many Fortune 500 companies. Be in the middle of all the action as our neighborhood is also just steps away from affluent Rittenhouse Square which offers fine dining, upscale shopping and spirited nightlife. We are also close to the city's theaters, museums and historical attractions. Sonesta Philadelphia is also very close to highly ranked area universities and world-renowned medical facilities, so everything you could possibly imagine is well within your reach at our centrally located hotel. Our Benton room (814 sq. ft.) has a rental fee of $600.00 Per Day .This room has floor to ceiling windows overlooking Market Street and it's own private pre-function space. Our dining Warhol Room (768 sq. ft.) has a rental fee of $200.00 Per Day as well as a Food & Beverage Minimum: $1,700 . We offer extensive catering, meeting packages and AV equipment. Lunch service is $40 per person. +tax and service fee. Minimums, Pricing and Function Space can be discussed further based upon exact needs of the event.

Excellent value in the heart of the city. Older hotel but still well cared for. Staff is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. I am a lifetime Marriott titanium member but prefer this hotel over the Marriott property in center city. They treat you better and go the extra mile.
Celebrating a wedding anniversary and my birthday this weekend while attending a wedding. They upgraded us to a suite and it a lovely room. Clean and nicely decorated in a very classy way. The bathroom is beautiful. Feels like you are in a New York City hotel. Front desk are extremely professional and helpful. The cleaning staff was helpful for providing more toiletries. Great hotel and highly recommend and will stay here again.
Service was great. The room was comfortable and exceptionally clean. Had a great view of the pool. Room service was prompt and the food was tasty. Would definitely stay here again.
Our experience was so great! Tajae was so personable and friendly when we checked in and each time we saw her. She made us feel like we belonged there. Fran was fantastic with restaurant recommendations and even helped us make reservations. They honestly made our stay memorable! If we ever make it back to Philly, Sonesta will be the ONLY place we stay!
Stay was just OK. Nowhere, nearly as nice as the one in Baltimore. The bar, in the lobby had "a bunch" of gnats flying around it. The valet wait time is absolutely horrible. The room was nice and comfortable. After a certain hour, there's absolutely nowhere in the hotel, you can purchase bottled water. Probably won't revisit this hotel.
