SURPRISINGLY AWESOME hotel. Was shocked at how nice and new the rooms were. Whole hotel experience felt very nice and upscale. Great place to stay if you are hanging by Spruce Street or staying overnight after a concert across the water in Camden (as we did)

Hotel was nicely updated and great location. BUT, they put me in a low room facing a marathon and had a large speaker blasting music starting at 6:30 am on a Sunday. Morning was shot... staff claimed ignorance that this event was happening. Music blared through until I left at 8:30. They then promised to give me extra points to attempt to rectify and never did, despite my calling to follow up. Hello customer service....are you there??? Could have been great stay, but what a mess...

Went here for my cousins wedding. Awesome hotel! Very well maintained and very clean. The staff was awesome and helped with anything we needed. The bar stayed opened a little later for us too which was awesome. The food was amazing and the venue was great too

It is now the Sheraton Society Hill rather than the Marriott Old City. Still a Marriott property with Marriott standards. They are going through a renovation so things are changing. Staff does a great job accommodating the changes to make your stay comfortable. New rooms are very nice and bar is great. Very close to all historic sites and new Museum of American Revolution.

Amazingly clean!! Love the modern decor. Beds are very comfortable. Lobby is very impressive, beginning with the staff. Location is perfect: close to major landmarks and far away from big city noises. Absolutely would stay here again and recommend to others.
