Our Trumbauer Ballroom is our largest space and accommodates up to 120 guests. It is 2,352 square feet of unobstructed space with 20' ceiling draped with chandeliers. The Ballroom offers its' original details crown molding and stage dating back to 1905 when the building was originally built as a YMCA. The room rental of $2,000 without a food/beverage minimum or $1,000 + $2,800 food/beverage minimum (based on 50 guests) The Abele Library is our most popular space and accommodates up to 100 guests. It is 1,386 square feet of unobstructed space and also offers it's original crown molding, fire places and bookshelves. The Library has modern chandeliers to compliment the historic charm of the space and a wall of 15' windows overlooking City Hall. The room rental is $1,200 without a food/beverage minimum or $500 + $2,800 food/beverage minimum (based on 50 guests) Room Tax – 15.5% Food and Beverage Tax – 8% Service Charge – 24% Taxable

Beautiful hotel, comfy rooms. You feel like you get a luxury hotel. My reason for not giving 4 stars is the check-in/check out experience and the "restaurant". Super slow check-in/checkout. Lots of workers moving slowly. The bar "restaurant" was full of empty but dirty tables and no employee in site other than the bartender who wouldn't help us. Other patrons were trying to help each other in the absence of hotel staff. Not the first time I've been here but the first time I'm finally acknowledging it seems to be the norm.

Lovely place. First time here for a Archdiocese function and it was great. Food and drinks were top shelf. Loved it.

The staff was fabulous and so accommodating! We needed access to the stairs, and they could not have been more helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel! Very clean and modern rooms with a nice view. Will definitely return!

First time staying here. Not as near to the shops and restaurants that I'd like to go to, but convenient enough of a location for downtown. At night, I'd probably take a cab to navigate around (mostly bc I'm not familiar with the area and it's quiet). Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Rooms trendy, but slightly worn out blankets, sheets, shower curtains. Overall, would stay again.

It was an average night's stay but totally not worth the price. Service was great but the room itself was not what I paid for. I bought the executive room that included tickets to local attractions. The tickets that were included were a nice bundle. However, as per the attached picture, the room was lacking. Multiple furniture had water stains. The worst was the shower. As shown in the pictures, the water always leaks over onto the bathroom floor no matter how hard we tried to avoid blocking the drain. Overall, I would say this is definitely a 3 star hotel. Probably won't be back though
