Nestled in a commercial and residential area off I-276, just 20 miles from Philadelphia, this extended-stay hotel is near restaurants, shops and the daily conveniences you want when away from home. They are less than three miles from the new Legoland Discovery Center Philadelphia in the Plymouth Meeting Mall, Metroplex Shopping Center is just one mile away and a dozen local business offices are within five miles of the hotel. PHL Airport is just 40 minutes away.
Along with an indoor pool, this smoke-free hotel has a fitness center and a 24-hour business center. Free buffet breakfast is provided, as well as free WiFi in public areas, free self parking, and a free area shuttle. Additionally, coffee/tea in a common area, conference space, and dry cleaning are onsite.

Exceptional! Everything from the pleasant staff, clean and modern facility, to the cozy rooms with all the amenities! Superb continental breakfast and complimentary happy hour complete the package. You will be happy you stayed here!
Excellent rooms with kitchen a plus! Hospitable front desk person and staff. Very clean! Very accommodating! Near malls, gas station, banks. Must stay here!
From the outside this hotel looks like a fantastic option it seems newly built in a convenient area close to the highway and a shopping plaza. However, just like others have mentioned the cleaniliness of the rooms are questionable. I'm not sure if it's because they are understaffed but after a long day in philly we came back to a room that was never cleaned, they didn't even replace the towels, or tidy up. The only difference to the room was that the bed was made. Plus the next morning when we called for towels we were told that they had run out and would have to wait for more to be washed. I can only assume it's because they didn't replace anything in the other rooms so everyone called down for towels the night before. It seems that this hotel is poorly managed. One last odd thing is the very relaxed dress code of their staff. No one wears a name tag and I saw many of the front desk staff in yoga pants and t-shirts. I will not be staying here again and want to give a heads up to anyone who would be planning to stay here.
So we're still here right now, unfortunately I had some surgery done at Penn, but it was outpatient so I decided to get a two-night stay so I can recover and I chose Homewood suites by Hilton. When we got here I immediately saw the cleanliness of the campus and also the lobby, wonderful friendly staff and attentive, helpful, very clean room, just like as if your home! I will be booking through Homewood from now on!
The hotel itself is very nice and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, I believe they are understaffed as it seemed like only one person was responsible for breakfast and cleaning service took too long. Cleaning was still being done when we returned from activities in the community.
