Over all it's a great hotel. Bathrooms are maintained very well. The parking tickets can be validated at the front desk. It's bit confusing to enter the hotel from the main road.

Rooms are a tad dated (Though they've renovated the bathrooms) and the food at the bar was disappointing. Staff was awesome and the lobby is nice

Very friendly staff but the rooms could use a little more attention to detail. Lots of dust through out our room on the TV, pictures on the wall and the vent in the bathroom. Also not the most spacious room I have stayed in.

This hotel needs a serious management overhaul. I've never been to a hotel that is so poorly run. Late check in, wrong block of rooms (wedding party), room service took 2+ hours because they forgot the order for multiple orders over the weekend. On top of all of that they charged not just the wrong credit card, but both credit cards on file, for the wrong price, over $100 more then the quoted rate. I'm still working to resolve it with corporate (another joke for service) since management won't return my calls. Thanks for the clean sheets, that was the only good part.
