Room was great, Staff was friendly and the location was awesome. HOWEVER, I experienced an incident that caused me to miss my flight. At the front desk while checking out, I was curious on how I was going to exit the parking deck without my key. I was assured that the gate operator would be able to open the gate, but that was not the case. We waited 30 minutes to be able to leave the parking deck until a operator showed up. Not sure if it was a schedule issue, which if it was I would understand. What rubbed me the wrong way was when I called the front desk they said it was ran by a different company and they couldn't help me.

Great place! We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was great, as were the views and the proximity to old town. I would highly recommend the hotel to any visitor, but even more so to first timers like us! 😁

Nice flagship property with the usual amenities. Self parking was easy and location is good to get around the area. Rooms were standard but was lucky enough to get the “owner’s suite” by random chance. Checked in late and it was all that was available. Guess I had high enough status for the bump. The room was more like an apartment complete with living room, formal dining, kitchen and a walk out balcony. Definitely bigger than most city apartments I’ve been in! While I don’t think I will get that lucky again I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, right next to Spruce St Harbor Park, easy access to Old City and South Street. The rooms were nice, and you can't beat the view! We looked out over the river and South Philly.

This hotel is truly a great place! Me and my girlfriend spent 4 nights here and the service was exceptional. We stayed on the 12th floor and it had a great view of the River and Penn's landing. They also have an executive lounge down by the lobby where you can have some snacks and beverages. The restaurant and bar downstairs is also very great! I was impressed.
