I wasn't impressed the first day but this place was a pretty sweet hotel. The first day they were out of their promised cookies at check-in, and they seemed a little put-off by a request to break a $20. But that was the first day. The rest of the time the service was great, the housekeeping did a great job cleaning my room, and was even kind enough to recommend a few decent restaurants. This place has an awesome breakfast. Would definitely recommend, just don't go barking up the front desks' tree for the free cookie or breaking a large bill prior to check in.

1st off, I drove 15, almost 16 hours from Ohio to Philadelphia for my birthday. I get to the hotel and I walk in to check in for my stay, and I never got her name, but she said that I couldn't stay because they didn't accept cash, so here I am freaking out calling other hotels in the same area, but everyone was booked up. I call back to the Hilton Hotel, and this woman named Tasha answered the phone and told me to come back and she would get it figured out, so I get back there and walk in again and the first woman is standing there giving me the dirtiest look possible, she refused to help me or Tasha out at all. But luckily enough Tasha got it resolved for me to be able to stay. Hopefully if there is a next time, I won't have so many problems!

Very nice and clean hotel. Good location as well. Staff was very friendly and made sure all my needs were met. Rooms were clean and looked nice. They gave all 4 of us checking in a free, freshly baked and still warm, cookie. This is just a good hotel all around. A little pricey but it was well worth it

Very nice hotel. Staff were very friendly and answered any questions that we had. Rooms were clean and looked nice. They gave us each a free, freshly baked and still warm, cookie in the lobby. The shuttle service to and from the airport was fantastic.

Very clean and nice place. The location it’s good since it has an easy access from a known highway. It looks very secure. At the time of our stay it was very busy so I guess it means they give good service. This is a good option for a good price.
