All of our 333 spacious guest rooms have recently been renovated and feature a large work desk and sitting area. Our well-equipped fitness center and indoor pool will help you stay refreshed and energized. This 100% non-smoking upscale property is just a short drive to the PA Convention Center, and minutes from Please Touch Museum, St. Joseph’s University, the Barnes Foundation, and all local historic landmarks - all easily accessible via public transportation from our hotel as well. Our hotel features the Fairmount Ballroom and Meeting Center, with flexible meeting space perfectly suited for your next event. Our 3 event rooms can accommodate up to 100 people for a day rate of $600 -$800 + tax and gratuity. A variety of meal and AV options are available.

Excellent gym and friendly service.

I stayed here while on a business trip. Housekeeping was off. Bathroom was not clean at check-in. They failed to clean my room the next day other than half-heartedly making up the bed - towels and coffee were not replenished, trash not emptied, etc. Housekeepers were still in the hallways at 7:00 pm. Looks like an HR/understaffing issue. The buffet breakfast is overpriced at $16. I didn't see any guests opting for it during my stay. On the plus side, the front desk staff were friendly and professional. I'll stay somewhere else next time.
My wife and I stayed here on our way through Philadelphia. From the women at the front desk, to the gentleman who promptly got us an additional blanket upon our request, to the cleaning crew, to Jack the bell captain, we had an excellent experience. All were so kind and accommodating.
.My room was very clean with nifty little add ons like a refrigerator and multiple power outlets to plug in cell phones and devices. A nice comfortable bed and smartly designed bathroom. The lobby is clean and beautiful and the restaurant offers many meal options. I’m definitely going to stay again.
The staff was great. They were very helpful. Every thing seemed clean until I got to my bed and the sheets and not been changed (the bed seemed to have just been remade with used sheets and cases). The duvet was dirty and when I asked for a new one,they didn't have any and brought me a blanket. The bathroom seemed to be missing a few items, but seemed tidy overall.
