The estimated day fee for meeting room $525. A variety of catering and AV equipment rentals are available. LCD Projector rental is $150 per day. Catered lunch ranges from $19-$23 per person + tax and gratuity Contract Highlights: Your credit card will be charged a deposit. Total payment for this Event will be due three days prior to the Event. You will finalize the details of your Event with the hotel at a later date. Both you and the hotel can cancel this Agreement without liability until 6:00 PM (hotel time) the business day following the date on which the Group submits the Group Sales Agreement. Canceling your Event within 90 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee. You may be charged an attrition fee if you spend less than the amount you agreed to.
