Set just outside the lively streets of New Hope, Ash Mill is a ten-acre working sheep farm featuring five guest rooms in the Grand Manor house and two separate guest cottages. We welcome you to relax while you're here, enjoy the breeze in a rocking chair on the front porch. Seriously, 'our house is your house' and all that good stuff—we'll even make you breakfast with those sweet, familiar flavors that embody home cooking, only better, fresher {farm fresh!}

The Farm grounds are also perfect for events with flavor. Situated among meadows and dotted with trees, the property with it's many multi-use buildings is perfect for casual outdoor weddings, soirees, corporate events and get-togethers of all kinds.

Ash Mill Farm provided the most beautiful place for my husband's and my wedding weekend. Lisa was great to work with, and the whole experience was magical. Our guests commented how perfect the venue was. Thanks, too, for all of John's work in making a delicious breakfast and keeping the grounds so lovely. Thank you!

This was my son and new daughter in law's wedding venue we stayed 2 nights there we had the most amazing time. It's very rural and quaint the breakfast were absolutely delicious. Would recommend for a quiet relaxing few days. New Hope is about 15 mins drive away.

We were not impressed with this bed and breakfast. We booked the Shepard's cottage which was really nothing special. None of the usual bed and breakfast charm (games, books, movies, etc.). Nothing in the “kitchenette” except one dirty wine glass. The Jacuzzi tub barely had enough hot water to fill it up let alone refill it if it got cold. Innkeeper wasn’t very chatty. The breakfast was good, but definitely not worth the 327 dollars we spent to stay here for 1 night.

Amazing! Went here for our anniversary and stayed in the shepherd's cottage. Everything was clean and neat and the rustic feel of the cottage was very comforting. The sheep and the horses on the farm were such a bonus. We also got to see a couple of the sheep being sheared by the owner. Breakfast was amazing and this was the first bed and breakfast I've been to where all of the guests were talking to each other over breakfast. We will definitely have to make this our anniversary tradition!
