Left my i.d., credit card and cash hidden in my hotel room by accident. 3 hours after leaving the hotel I started to pay for my meal and realized what I had done. I called the hotel and told them I had hidden something in my room and was on my way to get it. Got there and everything was gone. Of course housekeeping had not seen anything. The male management practically said I was lying and had lost it elsewhere. I ended up calling the police and filing a report. Housekeeping word against mine. Whoever could have keep my cash but I needed my i.d....hotel manager was not very helpful and understanding. Why would I have driven back and called the police if I was not 100% sure where I left my stuff!! BE VERY CAREFUL WITH YOUR ITEMS STAYING HERE! Love Holiday Inn BUT NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!!

Quick friendly check-in, nice room, nothing to complain about. Lives up to what I expect from Holiday Inn Express. - Update after spending more time in the room. The bath tub has scratchy stickers on the bottom of it, despite having a non-slip mat sitting on the edge. Makes it so you can't sit in the tub. What's the point of having a bathtub if you can't sit in it? I had to put a towel inside the tub just to sit. And the TV has no sound at all. It's not on mute and I can turn the volume up to 50 and nothing. They lost a star for this.

Great bar section. Atmosphere was good. Services was great. Staff were nice. Room was beautiful and interior was beautiful and attractive. Great location.

Great services. Staff were nice and professional. Everything was well maintained. Room were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was amazing. I liked the view from my window of room.
