Great experience. Great atmosphere. Andre and Dr. Alston were amazing, the energy here was so positive and inviting and filled with love. The class was very intimate and it was great to experience a black yoga studio. We had excellent conversations afterwards while they served us mango tea and blueberry scones (which were soooooo delicious with the homemade peach preserves) and I cant wait to return.

I feel a lot more relaxed and flexible than I did when I first began yoga with this studio. I really couldn’t ask for a better experience. I wish I could give more than five stars!

Today was my first yoga experience at Ase. The yoga practice was a really spiritual experience. A calming and peaceful place. The yogi is very knowledgeable.

Ase Yoga is an unforgettable experience! Not only are they very embracing but you will leave informed, relaxed and renewed! Their events are not to be missed and the food is always fantastic! Wonderful staff and great service! Thank you Ase Yoga!

From healing my exercise related lower back & joint problems, to quieting my monkey mind, to even saving my relationships with my family and myself, I can wholeheartedly say that Àse Yoga with Dr. Alston has substantially improved the quality of my life. She doesn’t just mindlessly launch us straight into a vinyasa flow, or throw us into extreme poses like so many of these mainstream yoga studios do, which initially turned me off from yoga since I was not a very flexible man. Her yoga philosophy incorporates the total limbs of yoga into the entirety of our practice, which creates an entirely different experience with immediate, noticeable psychological and physical benefits. Even my blood pressure is now within normal limits after years of practice! Thank you Dr. Alston, I’m very blessed to have found Àse Yoga.
