You will feel like a celebrity when you walk into Alpen Rose, which - to be honest - should be the goal of every Steakhouse. From the drinks to the prohibition era style menu to the bougie mountain house scenery with fireplace to the amazing steak and creamed spinach. Highly recommend for a romantic evening or if you’re looking to impress a client. Very cool spot. Can’t wait to go back. Make your reservation several weeks in advance.

Lovely, lovely place with excellent food. We were there twice and definitely will be back again! What a cool concept of speak easy, nice plates and cups, chic decor and friendly service. The duck is must try, but be ready for the huge plate, octopus is tasty, tomatoes salad is cool! Strawberry rhubarb pie is the hit, while coconut pie is good too. And of course steak, aged beef or tomahawk are simply delicious.

Aged steak was great! If you can sit at the bar, do it. You'll get very good service, we had Dan as our server. Be sure to get a cocktail, or two! Everyone was very down to earth and friendly. All of the food was cooked to perfection, we had an aged t bone cooked medium, and shared it. We will be back.

Like no other restaurant I have been to. Unique foods and the aged porterhouse was the best I have ever tasted. The best waiter, Jonathan was all you would ask for in a server and more. Definitely will put on my quality restaurants to return to list. Truly a one of a kind experience.

Had dinner last night for our anniversary. I came with high hopes and they didn't disappoint. Food and service was exceptional. I definitely recommend the prime rib. Best I've ever had.
