Blackfish is a gracious BYOB owned by Chef Chip Roman. Located on Fayette Street in downtown Conshohocken, PA, the restaurant with its seafood-centric menu of modern American cuisine is the perfect showcase for Chef Roman’s inventive interpretations. Food and service were great. Halibut with chorizo a winner as was the duck. Butternut squash very rich, but good. Warm chocolate cake and beignets solid.

Limited menu Good service but in middle of dessert we were asked to leave because others were waiting for our table.. That was the first time I was ever asked to leave while still eating and quite frankly it was insulting . Will not be returning

This restaurant is a gem. Food is simple and delicious. Staff is spectacular. We love coming for their seasonal pre fixe dinners!

I'm so so so in love with this restaurant. From the decor and ambiance to the special mention of the entire staff on the menu. Just a beautiful place to be. I went with my two roommate for restaurant week and now I want to spend the regular $70 just to experience the full effect. The bread was so good, I had the sweet potato soup, the salmon with lentils and the Carmel cake. I honestly would have substituted the desert for another round of the soup but I played by the rules 😉. Each dishes representation was lovely. I'm so happy I came here it was a highlight dinner for me and can't wait to go back.

Place was nice. Thought the decor was a little weak but the food and presentation was great. Service was excellent, just wished we weren't so cramped in.
