I recently had the pleasure of using Rode’s Catering for my wedding and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Alyssa truly went above and beyond for us, ensuring that everything went off without a hitch. Not only was the food delicious, but Alyssa worked vigilantly to keep us on budget all the while not sacrificing the menu. We ultimately chose to do a whole roasted pig, and no detail was left untouched. Not only was the dish adorned with a gold apple, but it was also decorated with beautiful greenery. It was truly a sight to see! Admittedly, I was hesitant on booking my wedding venue somewhere that the catering would be subbed out, but all of my doubts have surely been erased! If I could do it all again I would undoubtedly go with Rode’s again!

Hosted my first party of 100 guests.. Alyssa Rode helped me plan our menu to offer the best quality food while being mindful of my budget. Alyssa was wonderful to work with! Our guests complimented the food (BBQ Pulled Pork was everyone's fav!), asking from where was it catered because they wanted the caterer for their next party! Would highly recommend.

From the start of the order, to the end of the feast my guests and I were exceptionally satisfied. The process of ordering and making changes was simple, pressure free, and pleasant. Response time was great and I was surprised due to the fact that I was doing everything last minute. The food itself was professionally presented and tasted as great as it looked. Rodes will be first in line for any future event. THANK YOU RODES CREW!
