Very clean and friendly. My room faces the highway though so it is not quiet at all. Actually very loud! The rooms are fairly small, but comfortable. The bed and pillows are a dream as usual and why I always stay at Hilton Inns like the Hampton. Internet is fast and the complementary breakfast is delicious. Will be back, but will make sure I get a room on the other side.

Assistant Manager Michael was very friendly and personable. Our heater wasn't working right and he did everything he could to make it work. When he couldn't get it to work, he switched us to another room and gave us some perks for being patient. The breakfast was wonderful! The location was VERY convenient to the super-mall nearby. The shower was great! Lots of desk space and bathroom space (in the first room).

Definitely not the best Hampton Inn. Front desk guy was cool, but crossed the line a bit of professionalism. Bathroom had paint drips all over the floor. Headboard had unidentifiable brown stuff on it... Could hear the highway all night from the room. At 9:50am, some staff person knocked on the door asking when we were checking out. I could handle all the rest of it until we were asked when we were leaving. That was pretty ridiculous. And definitely not worth the $155 a night price tag.

Front desk clerk Mike very nice made my check in easy.. Also checking out a women clerk.. Didn't get her name.. but checked out at 12pm today.. she too super friendly easy check out.. I look forward to hopefully using this hotel again.. Very. Very pleasant stay!!!

This is a score relative to the other Hampton Inn at nearby Plymouth Meeting. I stayed here because it was $5 per night cheaper and I don’t think it is worth it. It is a much older hotel and the rooms and facility shows it. Also it isn’t really walking distance to any food though there are plenty within a short drive (you are also right at the mall). But otherwise it is clean, has decent staff, plenty of free parking and is conveniently located near major highways to get to wherever you are going.
