First time i stayed and it wasnt bad. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. The only issue i had was the cleaning crew were in the next room and they kept slamming the door closed over and over but overall not a bad place to stay
Staff was very friendly. Place was clean and house keeping was on point. Awesome!!
Besides finding a clump of hair on the rug, the heater smelling like someone urinated on it, the shower glass door opening slowly as your taking a shower, and the shower door sliding open on the left and the towel rack being on the right, reading there was Starbucks in the lobby to get here an see they have Starbucks coffee ONLY. The hallway stinking like cheap cologne and the elevators stinking even worse. I liked the multi pillows on the bed and they have showtime. That's it.
My stay was lovely, even despite the construction the staff was extremely happy and welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable. The people who work the coffee bar were also super nice
Exceptional Hotel! Staff is fabulous friendly, courteous to our needs, we stayed here for a wedding had many rooms blocked out, they made us feel very welcomed. Rooms were very nice very clean, well organized, comfortable. Starbucks in the lobby bonus! And the following morning we were treated to a continental breakfast very nice spread, lots to choose from, done very well. I would definitely recommend Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia
