Roaches, door that had obviously been kicked in a few times, unfinished carpet work (baseboards were missing), dirty, lopsided chair, and loud traffic noise. After seeing all of the roaches (and there was a dead one crushed in the wall by the bed), I had absolutely no desire to eat their breakfast. Will never, EVER stay there again!

Bugs, dirty, daytime staff is ignorant and short with people. Night time staff on weekends is amazing! Miss Jay took care of any issues we had.

Great place. I visited here with my friend. We spend a great time. Affordable place. Staff were friendly. Services was great.

This place has a nice layout, but the ownership has let it decline over the years and it's just terrible now. I don't know what kind of cleaners they use, but even after switching rooms, you could not avoid the toxic smell in the room. I'm surprised I didn't wake up dead. It's also unmaintained and dirty. The only reason they are still in business is the super-low price and their location. I will spend more and not stay there again.

This has to be the worst hotel ever. We booked because of good reviews and wanting to stay just outside of Philly so it seemed perfect. Walking up the little over hang at the entrance is falling apart and all you see isrotted wood. We checked in. 1st room was filthy and reeked of paint. 2nd room there was spiders and bugs and only one light worked so it was super dark. 3rd room was okay but it was the only room on the outside of building next to a door that didn't lock and can be accessed by anyone. The window to the room didn't have a screen and couldn't be locked shut so anyone who really wanted to could walk by and slide it open. We asked for a refund for the remaining nights and said we would stay somewhere else multiple times but they would not give any type of refund since we paid ahead. I am just writing this to warn people what they are getting in to so you don't make the same mistake I did and end up paying for 2 hotels. Talking to people I guess this hotel was nice before but recently has been falling apart due to neglect of management and owners.
