Enjoyable Things to do in Philly March 11-18, 2019

After the Sixers blew out The Pacers, they look to continue rolling into the playoffs. Will they be able to get the #3 seed in the East? We will see! 

If New York comedians are as funny as comedians from Philadelphia this should be a good show. Raven Lounge is a nice place to see events in Philly.

DC Curry according to Wikipedia, is an American actor and stand-up comedian. He is best known for starring as Craig’s sex-crazed Uncle Elroy Jones in Next Friday and Friday After Next and for his role on the sitcom Grace Under Fire.

Meek Mill is fresh off his NBA All-Star game performance. This should be a show full of energy and Philly pride. 

Grammy-winning artists are back performing. The lovable group from LA will bring Rock back to Philly! About time! 

Ja Rule is coming to town in this can’t miss event. I don’t think 50 Cent will punk him this time.  If he plays the hits, it’ll be a good time. 

Per Philly Fun Guide, Follow in the footsteps of young wizards on a field trip to the Philadelphia Museum of Art in search of art that echoes characters, places and enchanted objects in the famed Harry Potter books and movies. Be prepared to track down a Snape-like potions master, flying owls and dragons, Hagrid-like giants, and cloaked and masked figures as scary as any Death Eater or Dementor. The hunt is not an addition to or variation on Harry’s adventures, but instead references to the books will provide a surprising bridge to many strange and wonderful works of art. Kids must be accompanied by an adult, but all-adult teams can compete separately.

Axe throwing is so much fun! It is a must try if you have not been! The folks at Urban Axes are great.
