Was the First time here and I loved it, actually didnt just take all your money without actually giving you something back and made it so exciting. Nothing like the 2 Philly Casinos i have been too. Was sad I had to leave so fast.

Sugar House is a great casino. I went there for a Queen Celebration concert and the venue is small and very accommodating. The staff assisting guests were courteous and quite friendly. Any questions asked were immediately answered. The bar set up near the event area was reasonably priced. The bartender gave me bottles of water free and decent size soft drinks were only $3. That's never happened at any event I've gone to, let alone one at a casino. I did not gamble but the casino floor looked clean and nothing was cramped together. There are restaurants available but I went to a small area of eateries. They have Geno's Steaks and The Marketplace with chicken and burgers and soft pretzels, etc. A pizza place is on one side with HUGE pizzas and they even have donuts and sweets for sale. A small bar is in the middle. The seating area is a nice size but, if the casino gets packed, there may be a wait before you can sit down. Garage parking is free and valet is available for a small fee. The garage can be hard to navigate but markers for where you park are all over. The parking lot is also easy to follow. The casino is on a main road so entering and exiting was no problem.

Cashiers was helpful, staff on the floor not so helpful... Machines going on sleep mode to fast and cashing you out when you're not ready..had to take several vouchers to the cashier due to that.. Hopefully if my tickets hit I'll be satisfied and give a better rating

I only came to see Alan Parsons so I can only comment on that part of the casino. The concert was awesome, but the seating was horrendous! I understand they want to get as many people as possible, but the seats were too small and way to close together!
