About

Safa was inspired by the tea culture of Iran, where gathering around a pot of fresh tea brings friends, families, and communities together. Our little teahouse in Manayunk has been designed as a third place between work and home where people can come to meet their neighbors, study, work, and enjoy a cup of tea.

Safa offers a wide array of specialty teas and authentic Persian pastries along with a rotating menu of food from our made-from-scratch hummus to our delicious vegetarian Mediterranean wraps. The most peaceful and cozy cafe in the area! I love tea, and they have a much wider selection than any other place I've been to in Philly. The food and Persian drinks make this place even more unique.

Just enter and explore guys. They have hell lot of varieties and you have wide range of options to pick your perfect tea blend. Friendly service and peaceful place to sip a nice cup of tea 🍵

I absolutely love this place. The staff is amazing the tea is always delicious and the pastries are also great. The atmosphere is so soothing and there's a couple decks of cards and board games too!

A wonderful little tea room on Main Street! They have so many delicious blends, it was hard to pick. And as a bonus, all the teas can be hot or iced. It's a very relaxing atmosphere with greenery and soft music. I look forward to my next visit.
