I booked three nights here because the hotel where my conference was was sold out. Glad I did. It's a great little historic place that over looks the river. The room I had has fireplace, a huge bathroom (bigger than mine at home) with one of those huge shower heads (rain something). The staff is friendly. Rooms will maintained. The location is a short walk from the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, etc. The wine bar one the first floor looks inviting but haven't had a chance to check it out. My only complaint is the slowness of the elevator. Don't understand why this place is only three stars in other sites. Would book here again in a minute. Cheaper than other chain hotels nearby.

VERY nice hotel!! Quaint and FULL of charm!! ALL the staff was FABULOUS, but Antonio and Grethel really stood out to me!! Great customer service. Grethel and her beautiful smile and Antonio is beyond precious and quite helpful with the map questions we had!! The Panorama was AMAZING as well and I enjoyed my birthday dinner there and our stay at the hotel! Will definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon trip. We messaged Antonio before we arrived and he was amazing. He upgraded us to a room with a jacuzzi bath and fireplace. Room was fantastic. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and as we checked out Antonio and the team presented us with a bottle of champagne and wished us well with the remainder of our trip. Great family run hotel. Will book again without hesitation when we next visit philadelphia

Very well renovated older building. Nice size clean rooms. They still use real keys to unlock the rooms. One of a kind wine bar. A must see if you like wine.

Beautiful hotel. My first time staying in a family owned hotel and I'm impressed. Comfortable bed, very clean, jet tub in bath room, and great service. Our room got upgraded because of a small leak and we ended up with a fireplace and views of the water too. Great stay. Continental breakfast was nice for light on the go stuff, but we ate a proper breakfast in town.
