Don't bother to call ahead about the wait time. With a party of 8 I did and was told we'd be seated in about 25 minutes so we excitedly jumped in the van and drove the 2 miles. We showed up to be informed it's now 90 minutes. I explained I just called and the reply I was fed by the scheduling host was that things can change quickly. Clearly It didn't matter to them which made us not want to eat there anymore. Nonexistent customer service skills. Didn't even offer any type of solution for our party.

Great atmosphere. Every beer you could imagine. The food was delicious. Our server was exceptional. Loved the outdoor seating and the heat lamps were just right. Even though the place was full, there was plenty of room and we seemed to have a good amount of privacy.

I spent a couple of days in King of Prussia and visited City Works a couple of times for dinner. On both occasions the service was great, had a good feel about the place with a mile of TV showing all kinds of sport. The two meals that I had were also well priced and good pub food.

Very nice newer venue with great staff. Plenty of TVs at the very large bar for sports. Very good beer menu with something for everyone and the cocktails are just as good. We came in with a group of 10-15 and they accommodated us without issue. Our waitress was on point making sure everyone was taken care of. Food wise, we did just a round of appetizers and everything was very well presented and delicious. I'd recommend this place to locals and travelers alike. Whether you're in a suit or shorts and t-shirt, you'll feel right at home here.

I literally have no complaints of this restaurant. My boyfriend, his dad and I went to dinner last night to celebrate his birthday and everything was amazing. My boyfriend got a burger with a nice thick cut of bacon. His dad got the salmon (which he said was the best salmon he’s had in a while) and I got the fish and chips. Then for dessert we got the baked cookie dough. I will definitely be back here again.
