About

"For as long as I can remember, I have always had an interest in cooking. Over the years I have built many of my own grills, worked towards mastering my skills and learned everything I possibly could from top chefs in the industry. My crazy passion for barbecue has led me on many a culinary adventures, including developing my own business.

My family has been hosting a pumpkin festival for the past 17 years on our farm in Three Bridges, N.J. Due to my food handling and food safety knowledge, my work with the County Board of Health, followed by several barbecue classes and of course my passion for great BBQ, I was the obvious choice for heading up the food services at our six-week festival. As the event became more popular, we began catering many local parties, larger events, corporate outings, casual weddings & fundraisers.
